Job Description

1. Machine Operation: Responsible for ensuring the pipe machine operates at optimal speeds, with preventive maintenance and parameters monitored before and during production to minimize rejection and wastage. Maintain clear communication within the team and with other departments (QC, Stores, Maintenance).
2. Raw Material Management: Ensure resins are correctly mixed and raw materials are available before production to produce quality pipes.
3. Quality Coordination: Coordinate with Quality Control to ensure pipe thickness, product quality, and labeling meet design specifications.
4. Production Workflow & Reporting: Inform superiors about daily output, report accidents, problems, or non-conformities, and maintain records.
5. Safety & Cleanliness: Keep the work area clean, follow safety instructions, and use PPE as per EH & S regulations.
6. Knowledge & Skills: Detailed knowledge of pipe machines, products, raw materials, hazards, safety data, and measurement tools such as Pi-Tapes, Vernier calipers.
