Job Description

1. Qualifications and Experience:
2. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (Master's degree preferred).
3. Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical design, project development, and site execution.
4. Proficiency in international standards and codes (IEC, NEC, IEEE, etc.).
5. Strong background in power distribution, motor control centers, substation design, and control systems.
6. Proficient in electrical engineering software (e.g., ETAP, AutoCAD, Dialux, etc.).
7. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Industrial sectors.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• Familiarity with EPC project lifecycles and multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Lead the electrical engineering aspects of project development and technical evaluations.
• Review and verify electrical design submissions from GES contractors and alliance partners.
• Ensure designs meet international electrical standards and industry codes (e.g., IEC, NEC, IEEE).
• Analyze and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, load schedules, and cable routing plans.
• Use applicable engineering software tools (e.g., ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, Revit, etc.) to support design and analysis.
• Provide engineering leadership and management for the delivery of electrical engineering services across multiple sites and projects.
• Resolve technical design issues at the site level and provide practical solutions.
• Oversee planning and control of the engineering phase to ensure timely and cost-effective execution aligned with company guidelines.
• Ensure quality assurance, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout.
