Role Description

This is a remote, contract hunting role for various industrial verticals. The Sales BDV Director/Manager will handle sales, customer service, and training activities. The role involves acquiring new clients in different verticals to develop new customer bases. The Sales BDV will work closely with the sales team, participate in meetings about various verticals, and pitch clients on behalf of the company. The position is remote and open to candidates worldwide.

Preferred location: Saudi Arabia, where most oil and gas echo systems and system integrators are located.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in one of the following: Oil & gas, mining, chemical, field service, logistics, digital transformation, XR, drone, robotics, IoT, or ATEX environment.
  • Existing network of system integrators and/or enterprise customers (XR, OT, DT, IT, field technology) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients across various verticals.
  • Strong customer service skills to develop and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Proven sales record with targets achieved or exceeded.
  • Experience in training clients and staff on new technologies.
  • Leadership ability to manage and lead a sales team towards goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of frontline workers, field operations, digital transformation, XR (AR/VR/MR), drone, robotics, and IoT technologies is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Existing relationships within related ecosystems or verticals are highly advantageous.
