We are looking for a Technology Specialist – Modern Work

Specializing in Modern Work solutions, you will act as a technical thought leader working with the Modern Work Digital Solution Area Specialist to accelerate the technical execution of Microsoft's strategic business priorities. Your role involves selling best-in-class cloud services and platforms to managed customers and building digital transformation momentum for our customers, partners, and Microsoft.

Territorial Scope

This role covers a vast territory across the Middle Eastern and African regions, offering a unique opportunity to grow a dynamic career engaging with diverse clients and cultures, and driving growth and innovation throughout this expansive region.

Qualifications
Required / Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience OR a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 6+ years of experience OR a Master's Degree with 4+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience developing and delivering customer demos or proofs of concept focused on productivity and collaboration solutions across competitive offerings.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or technology delivery.
  • Experience creating customer solutions, assessing business needs, and delivering AI proofs of concept or pilots leading to production deployments.
  • 6+ years of experience working in a large, matrixed, global technology company.
  • 3+ years of experience driving business transformation with AI.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, MS-900, Cloud Technologies, Security, Architecture).

Responsibilities
  • Engage with the Modern Work Digital Solution Area Specialist as a technical thought leader to accelerate product execution.
  • Identify and engage with key customer technical decision-makers, support sales strategies, and build credibility through deep technical and industry knowledge.
  • Lead complex technical wins by developing strategies, resolving concerns, and building strong business cases for technology investments.
  • Conduct technical assessments and develop migration plans, creating compelling business cases for migration.
  • Design solutions aligned with customer needs using technical expertise, architecture, and methodology; facilitate POCs and MVPs.
  • Support partner technical capacity, monitor resources, and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Build knowledge on competitive patterns, share insights, and develop strategies for competitive selling.
  • Provide insights on sales strategies and business reviews, and share customer insights to drive product improvements.
  • Support the creation of new sales pipelines through customer engagement.
