Job description

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Contributing to the development of the annual strategic plan by providing detailed business intelligence to RSM, NSM, BUM, and Marketing for accounts in scope (e.g., market size and potential, market/product trends, business opportunities, competitive landscape, updated clinical and economic stakeholders).
  2. Understanding account unmet needs and expectations, developing detailed account plans, supporting RSM in Top Tier 1 accounts, and autonomously performing activities in other Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 accounts as applicable. Designing and executing sales strategies aligned with account plans and regional/national targets.
  3. Developing stakeholder maps, defining touchpoints and action plans, and ensuring timely updates of account information in systems.
  4. Building and maintaining relationships with economic stakeholders and clinical KOLs, promoting health economics arguments, and engaging decision-makers on commercial programs and solutions.
  5. Supporting clinical colleagues in identifying and managing sales opportunities through clinical support, performing clinical selling under RSM guidance.
  6. Gathering information on tenders and negotiation opportunities based on interactions with stakeholders, planning and preparing tenders/proposals, participating in negotiations, and collaborating with Tender Office for administrative documentation.
  7. Developing deal models, supporting RSMs in Top Tier 1 accounts, and creating IPATs.
  8. Reaching out to customers regarding new agreements, conducting sales visits, and identifying new sales opportunities to foster future growth.
  9. Performing periodic updates and QBRs with the sales team, leveraging monitoring and reporting tools for effective sales process management.
  10. Recording customer interactions and activities in the CRM system to ensure alignment across commercial roles.
What are we looking for in you:
  1. 3-5 years of industry experience in the commercial sales of Medical Devices or Medical Technology.
  2. Experience with Structural Heart products is beneficial.
  3. A degree in a relevant scientific subject, nursing, or healthcare qualification.
  4. Comfortable working in an environment with 80% field presence and 20% office work, with a passion for travel.
