Sr Planning Engineer - MEP - AlFuttaim Engineering - Mecca- KSA

Our five divisions offer a wide range of products and services in construction, commercial, and industrial sectors. We have extensive experience in large-scale projects in the UAE, including scaffolding, elevators, security systems, air-conditioning, sanitaryware, and facilities management.

The MEP Projects division provides design, engineering, supply, installation, and commissioning services, either as a complete package or in collaboration with other contractors. Projects include residential buildings, offices, malls, hospitals, hotels, schools, showrooms, utility buildings, industrial units, mosques, warehouses, high-rise towers, and infrastructure works.

As a Senior Planning Engineer, you will initiate project work by controlling and monitoring activities according to the project plan and ensure project completion as per contractual requirements.

The duties include:

1. Create a master schedule for project execution.
2. Prepare schedule plans for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work.
3. Plan resource deployment and cash flow throughout the project.
4. Advise the design team on MEP job prioritization.
5. Coordinate with consultants for shop drawings and material approvals.

Prerequisites for success in this role:

1. Only Muslim applicants from the Holy City of Mecca, KSA, will be considered.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
3. Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP projects.
4. At least 5 years of experience in large-scale projects such as hotels or airports.
5. Experience in the GCC/Gulf construction market is essential.
