Job description

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for ensuring that the Company’s QA Policies & Procedures are correctly implemented and followed at all times.

Description

Maintain Quality System:
Maintain the company’s Quality Management System at all times and ensure its implementation to comply with industry requirements.
Develop, establish, and implement the quality management system in coordination with management and other departments to ensure continual improvement.
Recommend and initiate process improvements.
Act as the local recipient, custodian, and controller of know-how and updates from TID-KHM, ensuring correct implementation in the factory.

Responsibilities / Performance Measures

Availability of the Company Quality Manual & Quality Policy.
Availability of Process flowcharts & Procedures.
Availability of Quality Objectives & Work environment feedback records for key processes.
Number of improvement projects.
Maintenance and renewal of company’s Accreditations & Product certifications.
Availability of accreditation status, certificates, audit reports.
Leadership in achieving QA objectives, setting individual goals, managing performance, staff development, and motivation.
Ensure updates to national and international standards are implemented.
Review and update Quality Assurance Procedures and control documents.
Conduct internal quality audits, raise NCRs, and ensure corrective actions.
Implement training programs and conduct assessments for continuous improvement.
Effective internal and external communication regarding QA activities.

Job Relevant Information (Boundaries & Decision-Making Authority)

Authorized to issue NCRs for non-compliance and request corrective actions.
Decision-making authority as per company policy.
Prioritization of tasks in consultation with Plant Manager & GM Operations.
Define standard procedures for QA activities with prior approval.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills

Required: Bachelor’s in Engineering/Science.
Preferred: 3-5 years QA experience in manufacturing.
Skills: Knowledge of ISO 9001, QA procedures, API Q1, ISO 14001/18001, OHSAS; Certified QMS internal auditor; SPC & Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Self-motivated, attentive listener, unbiased auditor, capable of interacting across all levels, diplomatic.
