AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Principal Partner Development Manager to be based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to support our strategic partners in their AWS partnership journey.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Develop deep and trusted relationships with CxOs and leadership of selected market making System Integration Partners in Saudi Arabia by gaining a comprehensive understanding of their challenges, goals, and long-term vision.
  2. Develop and execute business plans with these strategic partners in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to accelerate AWS adoption by customers in the region.
  3. Engage closely with key partners to help them develop their AWS practices and market offerings to help customers realize business value from AWS adoption.
  4. Be a trusted advisor and thought leader, sharing industry insights, best practices, and strategic guidance to empower partners and accelerate their cloud journey.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with AWS sales, marketing, product, and operational teams to develop tailored transformation roadmaps and execute partner engagements.
  6. Prepare and present business reviews to senior leadership, both internal and external, and communicate market realities, partner needs, and strategic recommendations.
  7. Manage C-level relationships with key partners.
  8. Drive AWS relationships and business practices across stakeholders from CxOs to Technical practitioners.
  9. Lead by example by attaining requisite technical and commercial trainings to inspire partners and their staff.
  10. Engage effectively across levels and personas at partner accounts.
