We seek a Claims Consultant with significant claims experience to join our Contract Services Team at client project site offices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Note: This position is based in Tabuk, KSA, as a remote location. Benefits and provisions will align with remote work policies.

Responsibilities:
  1. Contract Execution – Convert scope, deliverables, and fee structures into standard contract formats, review for accuracy, route for approvals, and liaise with Legal for compliance.
  2. Contract Tracking – Monitor all contracts, facilitate approvals, and ensure correct workflow.
  3. Project Funding – Collaborate to ensure adequate project funding.
  4. Risk and Claims Management – Review project correspondence, identify risks, and prepare assessments regarding claims and additional costs.
  5. Contractual Correspondence – Prepare and review contractual notices and correspondence.
  6. Invoice and Payment Support – Resolve invoice issues, track submissions, and ensure compliance with processes.
  7. Reporting – Compile monthly reports for client approval.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in reviewing and assessing claims.
  • Postgraduate degree in Law (LLB or LLM) and a bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Experience working in consultancy.
  • Minimum 10 years of senior-level experience.
