We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion PFM Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Project Financial Management (PFM), Oracle Project Costing, Oracle Project Billing, and Oracle Project Contracts. The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge and hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion PPM modules and integrating them with other Oracle applications and non-Oracle systems. This role focuses on post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and custom solution development to optimize Oracle Projects functionality within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oracle Projects Financial Management Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge and support across Oracle Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Contracts modules to ensure effective project execution and financial tracking.
  2. Oracle Fusion Finance Knowledge: Leverage deep experience in Oracle Fusion Finance Modules to ensure seamless operation of all integrated systems.
  3. Oracle Applications Integration: Design and implement integrations between Oracle Projects and non-Oracle applications (such as Oracle Financials, Oracle Procurement, etc.) to streamline processes and enhance data flow across systems.
  4. Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance post-implementation, ensuring stability and efficiency of Oracle Projects, and resolve issues promptly.
  5. Custom Solution Development: Design and develop custom solutions using Oracle tools and technologies to meet business requirements and enhance the functionality of Oracle Projects modules.
  6. Data Migration Management: Lead and manage the PFM data migration process, ensuring data integrity and a smooth transition to Oracle Projects.
  7. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Oracle Projects modules with technical expertise for quick and effective solutions.
  8. Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, optimize, and streamline project management processes, ensuring Oracle Projects aligns with and enhances business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Strong experience in Oracle Projects Financial Management, Oracle Project Costing, Oracle Project Billing, and Oracle Project Contracts modules.
  2. Proven experience integrating Oracle Projects with other Oracle applications such as Oracle Financials, Oracle Procurement, etc.
  3. Experience in post-implementation support and ongoing maintenance of Oracle Projects modules.
  4. Expertise in designing and developing custom solutions using Oracle tools and technologies.
  5. Strong background in managing PFM data migration, ensuring data accuracy and consistency during migration processes.
  6. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve system issues quickly.
  7. Strong analytical skills to optimize and streamline project management processes.
  8. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.
  9. Oracle certifications related to Oracle Projects are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Oracle Cloud Applications experience, especially with Oracle Fusion PPM modules.
  2. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Project Financial Management (PFM) and related modules.
  3. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Finance modules and their integration with other Oracle applications.
