Job Description

We seek a strategic and ambitious senior leader to shape the future of digital marketing across our iconic hotels.

As Cluster Digital Marketing Manager, you will:

  1. Develop the digital yearly plan and budget for hotels across direct and indirect channels.
  2. Contribute to hotel strategy, working closely with stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Revenue, PR, and F&B.
  3. Create quarterly and yearly e-commerce and digital marketing plans covering all digital channels.
  4. Plan and execute digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEA, email marketing, social media, display ads, Metasearch, and influencer collaborations.
  5. Report and analyze web performance for direct and indirect channels.
  6. Measure campaign performance against ROI and KPIs.
  7. Ensure hotel presence on key social platforms and oversee social content production.
  8. Manage CRM and email marketing using third-party tools for rooms, F&B, and outlets, aligning with strategy and guidelines.
  9. Monitor and support rate parity across distribution channels with the Revenue team.
  10. Manage online reputation for hotels.
  11. Regularly review competitors and maintain content and offer competitiveness.
  12. Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance.
  13. Brainstorm innovative growth strategies.
  14. Evaluate customer experience across channels using strong analytical skills.
  15. Promote visibility and usage of the Accor App across hotels.
  16. Collaborate with agencies and vendors.
  17. Evaluate emerging technologies and lead adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in E-Commerce/Digital Marketing in hospitality or retail.
  2. Degree in Hospitality Management or Marketing & Communications.
  3. Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
  4. Strong understanding of current digital marketing strategies and best practices.
  5. Excellent presentation and customer relationship skills.
  6. Energetic, passionate, and innovative in approach.
