Jobs Description

Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.

Minimum 10 years of experience in instrumentation design and project execution.

Strong knowledge of field instrumentation, control systems (DCS, PLC), and communication protocols.

Familiarity with international engineering codes and standards (e.g., ISA, IEC, NEC).

Proficient in relevant engineering software (e.g., SPI/Intools, AutoCAD, SmartPlant, etc.).

Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary project teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of EPC project lifecycles in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial sectors.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead instrumentation engineering efforts during project development and execution phases.
  • Review and assess detailed design documents submitted by GES contractors and alliance partners.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to international engineering specifications and relevant industry codes (e.g., ISA, IEC, API).
  • Interpret and validate engineering drawings, P&IDs, loop diagrams, and related documentation.
  • Apply knowledge of instrumentation devices, control systems, and their integration into process systems.
  • Utilize engineering software and digital tools for design, analysis, and reporting.
  • Manage the delivery of instrumentation engineering services across multiple projects.
  • Resolve technical issues on-site related to instrumentation design and integration.
  • Plan and control project activities to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery, complying with quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and process engineers.
