JOB DESCRIPTION:



Job Description



Digital Strategy Development:



Crafting and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with Abbott’s overall business goals and brand vision.
Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities for digital engagement.

Digital Channel Management:



Overseeing the management and optimization of Abbott’s digital presence, including the corporate website, social media channels, email marketing, and e-commerce.
Monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital campaigns and channels, using data-driven insights to continuously improve and refine the digital marketing efforts.

Content Development and Oversight:



Oversee the end-to-end execution of content for downstream channels, including the Offline and Online, ensuring the messaging is aligned with Abbott’s brands guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate closely with the creative agencies to ideate, produce, and continuously refine high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content that resonates with Abbott’s diverse consumer base and drives engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Coordinating with cross functional teams ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated marketing campaigns across all downstream channels.
Providing regular reports and presentations to management on the performance and impact of digital marketing initiatives

Required qualifications.



Bachelor degree of Marketing/ similar domain Previous experience in digital marketing in omni channel High digital literacy and systems-thinking approach to integrating digital as a core component of strategy. Strong expertise with digital tracking, attribution modeling, analytical suites (DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.); experience with social bakers and similar tools
