About this opportunity:



We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support customer engagements, drive account-based marketing execution, and create impactful customer experiences within specific CU/accounts. Responsibilities include engaging with sales to identify ongoing and new business opportunities, ensuring lead generation for sustainable growth.

What you will do:


  1. Analyze the account from market, customer, and competitor perspectives.
  2. Develop effective account strategies and plans to accelerate adoption.
  3. Contribute to a high-performance marketing culture.
  4. Participate in sales account planning to share insights and develop positioning strategies.
  5. Drive customer engagements and create impactful experiences, managing marketing campaigns around the customer journey.
  6. Provide input on CU marketing content needs to global contacts.
  7. Plan and execute customer-specific events, workshops, and activities based on global campaigns.
  8. Drive lead generation within specific accounts/CUs.
  9. Measure activation success and analyze necessary adjustments.
  10. Build strong relationships with customer and account counterparts to engage early in the sales process.
  11. Help position Ericsson as a market leader and stimulate market growth.
