We're Hiring: Cybersecurity GRC Specialist (Operational Technology)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Experience Required: 6+ years

About the Role:
Are you passionate about cybersecurity and operational technology?
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Specialist who has hands-on OT experience and a strong understanding of SCADA systems and OT cybersecurity frameworks.
You'll work at the forefront of securing critical industrial infrastructures, ensuring resilience, compliance, and risk management in complex OT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct OT cybersecurity risk assessments and compliance audits.
• Implement and enhance OT GRC frameworks aligned with industry standards.
• Manage cybersecurity governance in SCADA, DCS, ICS environments.
• Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks in industrial and manufacturing setups.
• Collaborate with OT engineering and security teams to secure critical infrastructure.
• Develop, maintain, and audit cybersecurity policies, controls, and procedures for OT systems.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in cybersecurity with specialization in OT GRC.
• Prior experience working as an OT Engineer in industrial setups (factories, water distribution plants, utilities, or energy sectors).
• Hands-on familiarity with SCADA systems, DCS, ICS, and OT asset management.
• Deep understanding of OTCC framework and other cybersecurity frameworks (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82).
• Strong risk management, compliance, audit, and incident response skills.
• Relevant certifications (Preferred: GICSP, CISSP, CISM, ISA/IEC 62443).
