You‘ll make a difference by:

  1. Take full ownership of Sales management, for the Electrification & Automation Solutions portfolio with knowledge of protection and automation solutions in non-utility market verticals, such as Renewable, ensuring a dedicated and strategic approach.
  2. Drive order intake by accurately forecasting and maintaining a robust sales pipeline that aligns with management expectations.
  3. Demonstrate strong technical and commercial acumen when negotiating contracts to secure favorable agreements.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  5. Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  6. Lead the introduction and market feasibility planning of the IoT Siemens portfolio, collaborating effectively with regional sales vertical teams.
  7. Ensure market intelligence is continuously updated and provide comprehensive reports to both local and HQ Siemens teams for feasible strategic decision-making.

Your success is grounded in:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
  2. 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
  3. Familiarity with SEC, NEOM (ENWOA), SPPC, SWCC, and NWC specifications, as well as the nature and scope of related projects.
  4. Knowledge of IoT applications in electrical infrastructure.
  5. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
