Job Summary:

The project manager will organize, manage, and plan new projects for the organization to meet and exceed the required stakeholders' value targets through the continual building, implementation, control, maintenance and development of its people, quality, operational and quality pillars.

Main Deliverables:

  • Ensure that the purpose of the organization is always updated and effective.
  • Ensure the values, mission, vision, objectives, program are executed to reach the organization's purpose.
  • Ensure Teams is always updated, aligned, and involved with strategic plan, customer requirements, vision, mission, development plan, objectives, total quality manual, and bylaws.
  • Execute other tasks and duties assigned to him by his/her direct manager within job limits.
  • Manage the organization based on the Build, implement, control, maintain, develop criteria.
  • Manage the organization's bylaws.
  • Manage the organization's total quality management system.
  • Manage new project's production line system.
  • Manage new project's key performance report system.
  • Manage new project's quality of life system.
  • Manage new projects 3-year, three year, and one-year strategic plans.
  • Manage new project's development plan.
  • Manage new project's business plan.
  • Manage new project's resources requirements.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Initiation and Planning:

A. Define project scope objective and deliverables.

B. Develop details project plans timeline and budget.

C. Identify project stakeholder and align their expectation.

  • Execution:

A. Organize and lead a project team.

B. Delegate task and ensure team members are aligned with project goals.

C. Manage resource and coordinate activities.

  • Monitoring and Control:

A. Track project progress and performance against KPR's.

B. Identify and mitigate risk.

C. Ensure quality control and manage project changes,

  • Communication:

A. Keep the stakeholder informed through regular update and report.

B. Resolve conflict and facilitate collaboration between teams.

C. Act as the bridge between upper management and the project team.

  • Closure:

A. Deliver the project to stakeholders.

B. Conduct post project evaluation.

C. Ensure proper documents and project handover.

General Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration.

Special Experience:

  • 3 years in a similar position in food production sector managing at least 3 functions leading directly 3 executives and indirectly up to 500 employees.

Special Certification:

  • Project Management Professional.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt.

Computer Skills:

  • SAP ERP User.
