Position Summary

The Forklift Driver responsibilities include but are not limited to managing warehouse storage space, removing warehouse trash on a regular basis, being knowledgeable of standard warehouse practices, and being able to lift or move heavy objects and operate in-house lifting equipment like overhead cranes, pallet jacks, etc., in a safe manner.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform physical checks and control of incoming materials, verify delivery notes, and assess the physical condition of packaging.
• Download materials in the incoming area.
• Ensure accurate storage of all incoming materials.
• Supply materials to production and other areas requiring materials.
• Label goods to be shipped out.
• Load units with finished products.
• Ensure accurate storage of all finished goods.
• Manage incoming materials from production.
• Perform administrative procedures related to the expedition of materials.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
• Perform work in accordance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner under the supervision of a superior.
