Job description

The Facility Administrator is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and services of company locations, ensuring a safe and clean working environment. This role involves managing security personnel, cleaning staff, and coordinating with various service providers to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety across all sites.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervision of Security Personnel :

  • Oversee the activities of security staff to ensure safety and security at all company locations.

Supervision of Cleaning and Hospitality Workers :

  • Manage cleaning and hospitality staff to maintain cleanliness and organization in all facilities.

Coordination with Operational Companies :

  • Coordinate and supervise service providers, including cleaning, pest control, civil defense, and security companies, to ensure quality service delivery.

Management of Safety Equipment Relationships :

  • Manage relationships with companies providing maintenance services for safety equipment and fire extinguishers to ensure compliance and functionality.

Government Permits for Sites :

  • Handle the acquisition of necessary permits from governmental bodies, including police, civil defense, municipal, and environmental authorities for operation compliance.

Monitoring and Payment of Leases :

  • Follow up on rental agreements for company locations and ensure timely payment of all lease obligations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education : Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or related field; previous experience in coordinating services is an advantage.

Preferred Skills :

  • Thorough understanding of the regulatory environment and government processes in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing administrative operations, government compliance, and service delivery.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Proficient in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
