Director Customer Experience (Sales and Marketing)

Salt is partnering with the largest tech powered creative agency focused on executive-level effort to deliver outstanding creative customer experiences for their clients.
As Adobe Strategy Consultant, you will be working closely with their Sales, Implementation and Product teams to achieve the company’s objectives and goals for each account.
This role will suit someone with strategic consultancy/agency experience and who is comfortable explaining and leveraging technical capabilities within this space to drive continuous customer improvement.
You are used to Tech Platforms such as the main platforms Adobe and what is needed to strategically advice a client.
Role and Responsibilities:
You will be a senior key person in the Sales team focused on the world’s greatest tech-powered customer experience-team together with experts in each area.
Your responsibilities include:
- Develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers.
- Develop relationships with sales/platform leadership and account execs to jointly engage in pre-sales and qualification activities.
- Effectively engage with the C-suite to maintain their continued support of the propositions.
- Influence client’s selection process and evaluation criteria
- Originate, shape and manage successful transition of the opportunity to the delivery team.
- Originate the opportunity and manage from origination to pre-sales to sales pursuit.
- Establish qualification and win strategy and power map.
- Ensure a competitive advantage is maintained.
- Could have focus on an Industry and knowledge about that Industry and support the Sales team in each country on how to sell with that knowledge.
- Champion world-class Customer experience internally and externally.
Requested Experience:
- Leading sales and/or strategic consultancy particularly within the space of technology driven customer experience.
- Originating sales and relationships with C-suite clients, both at established and emerging clients
- Industry knowledge/sales (if applicable) and understand the latest the space and from that develop strategic value propositions to take to the client.
- Being a trusted advisor in the Customer Experience-space.
