Job Summary
We are seeking a highly capable and performance-driven Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end operational functions of our digital water delivery business. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in supply chain management, demand forecasting, vendor coordination, logistics, and customer service — ensuring seamless daily execution and long-term scalability of our digital product. This role is mission-critical to delivering high service reliability, operational excellence, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations for the water delivery platform, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring high availability and efficient delivery.
- Oversee demand planning, inventory control, and production scheduling to maintain product availability and minimize waste.
- Ensure vendor performance management, including contract negotiation, SLA enforcement, and performance reviews.
- Optimize operational workflows using digital tools and analytics for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Support to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fulfillment rate, delivery time, cost per order, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, environmental regulations, and corporate policies.
- Prepare operational budgets, forecasts, and resource planning in line with growth objectives.
- Support new product rollouts and geographic expansions from an operational standpoint.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 4–6 years of progressive experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics — ideally with exposure to FMCG, retail, or delivery-based business models.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-volume, fast-paced operations with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with proficiency in ERP systems, data analysis, and forecasting tools.
- Experience working with distribution networks, third-party logistics, and delivery platforms is highly desirable.
- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP are a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
