The Client

The client is a specialized Investment and Wealth Management firm with a global presence.

The Role

Responsibilities

Our client is looking for a qualified Sr. Accountant candidate who will be based in Riyadh and will have the following key responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all relevant financial and accounting transactions in the ERP system (General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Treasury, etc.).
• Ensure accurate, complete, and consistent recording and reporting of financial and accounting activities of the company.
• Supervise the preparation of vouchers, checks, account statements, and reports.
• Assist the Head of Finance in budgeting and reporting exercises as required.
• Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly variance reports comparing actual figures with budgets.

The Candidate

The client is seeking candidates who meet the following specifications:

• Holding a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
• Having 5+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Proficient with MS Excel and ERP/financial systems.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Accounting, and Investment Accounting practices and principles.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
