Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan foreign and domestic visits, ceremonies, and special events.
  2. Identify security risks and create safety plans.
  3. Make and send invitations.
  4. Create suitable seating arrangements.
  5. Arrange photo opportunities and press conferences.
  6. Develop itineraries and agendas.
  7. Schedule and book transportation.
  8. Arrange lodging and meeting accommodations.
  9. Develop strategy goals, objectives, and programs for the team.
  10. Keep a list of key business leaders and government officials.
  11. Arrange meetings to exchange policies and programs.
  12. Maintain, prioritize, and file confidential records.
  13. Be available at any time world conditions require.
