Job description

Location: Riyadh, KSA

We at Asite are looking to fill several key consultancy roles in our Professional Services Team to support our rapid growth in the MENA market, based in our Riyadh office.

We are seeking highly motivated professionals with experience in cloud-based and Software as a Service (SaaS) implementations.

Successful candidates will be vibrant individuals with strong interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with our existing front and back-office teams and with our global channel partners to maximize value for our customers. We expect an extraordinary attention to detail from all members of the Asite team.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with over 4 years (for a mid-level consultant) or over 7 years (for a Senior Consultant) of relevant experience, who are eager to advance their careers and work for a growth-oriented company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead or assist with new Asite customer implementations.
  2. Deliver engaging, informative, and well-organized presentations.
  3. Develop and execute deployment, change management, and adoption plans for each engagement.
  4. Communicate implementation status, issues, risks, and efforts clearly.
  5. Establish and oversee customer adoption, training, and best practices development during initial rollout.
  6. Handle and manage client issues effectively.
  7. Understand customer use cases and requirements, applying Asite best practices accordingly.
  8. Organize and occasionally lead training sessions.
  9. Liaise with various departments to meet client requirements.
  10. Create documentation for external and internal use.
  11. Identify sales leads from current clients.
  12. Coordinate product and application releases on the client side.
  13. Scope solutions and deliver functional documentation to the Professional Services Manager.
  14. Conduct business process analysis and mapping for clients’ supply chain interactions.
  15. Collaborate with the Professional Services Manager and Director to integrate Asite into the client's core architecture and identify growth opportunities.
  16. Act as the voice of the customer, providing internal feedback to improve service.

Provide presentations to prospective clients:

  1. Identify business development and upselling opportunities.
  2. Assist in preparing proposals, including project scoping.

Manage and direct overall project implementation from a process and systems perspective.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent work ethic with a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong presentation skills are essential.
  • Background in the AEC industry is advantageous.
  • Commercial acumen and innovative business thinking.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
