Job Summary
In this highly consultative role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and providing strategic advisory services to enterprise-level clients in
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
Develop and execute tailored sales and consulting strategies to engage with and convert potential clients
Serve as a trusted advisor, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our solutions to C-suite and key decision-makers
Conduct in-depth needs assessments, analyze client challenges, and propose custom-fit recommendations
Negotiate contract terms, close sales, and ensure client satisfaction, meeting or exceeding quarterly/annual sales and client retention targets
Collaborate cross-functionally with the delivery team to ensure a seamless client onboarding and implementation process
Provide regular updates on pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics
Updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs to proactively identify new business opportunities
Requirements
7+ years of consultative B2B sales experience, preferably in the Manpower industry
Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence decision-making processes within large enterprises
Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic planning abilities
Proficient in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
