BLUE RAYS is seeking a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing creative and technical departments. The role is critical in building a strong employer brand and ensuring that we recruit individuals who align with our values and vision in media production.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding

Work with department managers to determine hiring needs and job requirements

Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals

Review applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability

Coordinate communication between applicants and hiring teams

Maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs

Promote the company’s employer brand through innovative recruitment strategies

Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and internal HR policies
