Orchestrate communication between the client and the agency team, including different peers, to deliver best-in-class services and products to the client. The SM Account Manager is responsible for ensuring work quality and managing and overseeing the project on daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables.
Job Description:
- Be the main contact for all matters related to your accounts.
- Maintain and build strong customer relationships.
- Manage and facilitate brainstorming sessions with team members as needed.
- Handle the client's finances and budgeting.
- Develop strategies with the Social Media Director.
- Monitor social media account postings to ensure strategy alignment and update strategies as needed in collaboration with the Social Media Director.
- Oversee community management to ensure the tone of voice matches the brand.
- Prepare media briefings and media spending proposals.
- Monitor media performance and prepare performance reports.
- Oversee influencer campaigns to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Understand the client’s marketing calendar and launch briefs in advance, and communicate them to relevant team members.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure project delivery.
- Prepare monthly and annual reports on brand performance and recommend future strategies.
- Monitor brand performance and suggest enhancements as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Marketing and Advertising: Solid understanding of marketing principles and advertising strategies.
- Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Digital Analytics: Familiarity with tools for measuring and analyzing social media performance.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Capacity to think creatively to address campaign challenges.
- Preferably experience in an agency environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a degree in Advertising is preferred.
- Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Arabic.

- Additional Requirements: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong crisis management skills for addressing social media challenges.
