- Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes.

- Hands-on experience with Ansible Tower and applying relevant use cases.
- Providing updates, fixes, and Level 2 technical support.
- Building tools to reduce errors and enhance customer experience.
- Developing software to integrate with internal back-end systems.
- Performing root cause analysis of production errors and resolving technical issues.
- Developing scripts to automate visualization processes.
- Designing procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Estimating effort for technical developments.
- Managing stream deliverables.
- Handling issue resolution post go-live and supporting transition to support teams.
- Maintaining software and lifecycle management of microservices and Machine Learning components through CI/CD.
- Providing innovative solutions for quality, optimization, problem-solving, automation, and supporting product and security documentation.
- Being on-call to respond to urgent infrastructure issues outside of regular hours if required.
