Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their IT needs and challenges.
- Present and promote IT solutions and services effectively to decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Requirements :
- IT background is essential.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Ability to understand, identify, and assess customer needs to determine their level of interest.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience with system integrators or selling IT services and solutions for enterprises.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales and enterprise-level client engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to develop new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Experience with enterprise-level clients.
