Instrument And Control Engineer (CCTV, HCIS, Communications System)

Position Requirements: CCTV, HCIS, Communications Systems Engineer

Proven track record of leading CCTV, HCIS, and Communications system activities with successful execution in at least two (2) power plant projects.

2. Technical Expertise

In-depth familiarity with installation, testing, and commissioning of CCTV, HCIS, and Communications systems:

• Proficiency in interpreting hookup drawings, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and equipment layout drawings.

3. Project Execution

Ability to lead and organize I&C teams for CCTV, HCIS, and Communications activities, ensuring compliance with protocols and safety standards.

Experience in coordinating with EPC contractors and testing agencies during pre-commissioning and commissioning phases.

4. Standards & Compliance

Strong knowledge of IEC, IEEE, ANSI, and SEC-specific standards for CCTV, HCIS, and Communications system installations.

Familiarity with safety protocols, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and system isolation requirements.

5. Additional Requirements

Certifications: Preferred certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.

Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a construction-site environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in power plant installation, including design, construction, and commissioning of I&C systems.

At least 5 years of direct experience in SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) power plant projects or equivalent large-scale utility projects.

Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus for SEC projects).
