Position Overview

The role primarily involves supporting Beckman Coulter’s customers by educating end-users on our test menu and instruments, providing technical support, training, and troubleshooting within the designated country. The role requires approximately 80% travel within the territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and develop strategic customer relationships.
  • Deliver product presentations, demos, and technical support.
  • Develop sales strategies, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and understand customer needs.
  • Support post-sale onboarding, training, and application optimization.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Determine technical solutions aligned with customer requirements.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to calibration, parameters, and quality control.
  • Develop and deliver product training to end users and field staff.
  • Support channel partners and customers with clinical expertise.
  • Support external quality control initiatives and ensure clinical support for installed bases.
  • Build long-term relationships with end users and expand product portfolios.
  • Conduct onsite training for new installations and support project implementation.
  • Occasionally provide remote support to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and service teams.
Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with a B.Sc. in Life Sciences or related field; diagnostic/laboratory experience is essential.
  • Clinical and commercial acumen.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with stakeholders including end-users, purchasing agents, and distributors.
  • Highly adaptable with extensive travel flexibility.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian healthcare market.
