About the Job:


An opportunity has arisen for a Director of Food and Beverage to join the Food and Beverage Team at Jumeirah Red Sea. The main duties and responsibilities include:


  • Organizing and managing functions across the Food and Beverage Department, ensuring compliance with Jumeirah standards.
  • Supporting the implementation of programs, policies, and procedures to meet departmental objectives and uphold Jumeirah standards.
  • Communicating departmental objectives to colleagues and promoting awareness of Jumeirah’s vision, mission, and guiding principles.
  • Establishing performance standards and job descriptions for service colleagues to ensure excellence in service delivery.
  • Coordinating special promotions and providing administrative support to enhance resort profitability.
  • Participating in PR activities and promotional events to elevate the property’s image and profitability.

About You:


  • 10–12 years of senior F&B management experience in luxury hotel environments.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems.
  • Proven success in project management and operational excellence.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and solutions-focused professional.
