We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our dynamic Supply Chain team.

What You Will Do :

1. Lead a team of warehouse associates, ensuring efficient execution of warehouse activities and compliance with policies and procedures.
2. Oversee daily operations of the warehouse facility.
3. Promote safety, optimize inventory management, coordinate logistics, and foster continuous improvement.
4. Manage daily SAP transactions related to received, shipped, produced stocks, and finished goods.
5. Foster a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and open communication.
6. Ensure accurate and timely warehouse processes to meet customer demands and satisfaction.
7. Implement efficient warehouse layouts, storage systems, and material handling equipment.
8. Monitor and enforce SOPs to uphold accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.
9. Collaborate on inventory control strategies, including cycle counting and stock rotation.
10. Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct audits, and investigate discrepancies.
11. Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate replenishments.
12. Identify process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications :

1. 3-5 years of experience in warehouse leadership, preferably in supply chain or logistics.
2. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
3. Proven leadership and team development skills.
4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
5. Proficiency in SAP system.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills focused on continuous improvement.
7. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
