### About the Role
+ We’re seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Senior Events Specialist to join our marketing team at Flow. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing both internal and external events across properties, such as Narjis & Granada in Riyadh, that align with our brand’s community-driven values. You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing Director, Social Media Manager, and Graphic Designer/Creative Director to ensure all events enhance the Flow brand, engage our residents, and promote the community spirit we’re known for.
+ As a Senior Events Specialist, you’ll be a key ambassador for Flow’s culture, ensuring that every event is a seamless, memorable experience that strengthens our connection with both our internal and external audiences. Whether it’s hosting community-building events for residents, representing Flow at local events, or creating fun activities, you will help shape the vibe of our brand.
### Responsibilities
+ Event Planning & Execution: Lead the organization and execution of internal (team-building, employee engagement) and external (community outreach, brand activations, customer engagement) events, ensuring alignment with Flow’s values and objectives.
+ Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the Marketing Director, Social Media Manager, and Creative team to design events that amplify Flow’s branding and messaging.
+ Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to foster community building both internally (among employees) and externally (with residents, potential residents, and the wider community).
+ Vendor & Partner Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and venues for successful event execution.
+ Budget Management: Oversee event budgets, ensuring all events stay within financial parameters while maintaining quality standards.
+ Brand Ambassador: Represent Flow at various events, embodying our brand values and ensuring positive interactions that reflect the Flow spirit.
+ Promotional Activities: Coordinate with the Social Media Manager and Creative Director to promote events via social media, email campaigns, and other channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
+ Event Logistics & Coordination: Handle all logistical aspects, including venue selection, catering, transportation, audio-visual setup, guest lists, and on-site management.
+ Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct evaluations to measure success, gather feedback, and recommend improvements for future events.
+ Community Building Initiatives: Create engaging community events that promote the Flow brand and encourage participation from residents and partners.
