Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and match them with the company’s products or services.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations to potential clients, showcasing features and benefits.
- Customize sales pitches to suit customer requirements.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.
- Regularly report on sales performance and progress towards targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Negotiate prices and terms with customers to close sales deals.
- Handle objections and resolve conflicts professionally to close sales successfully.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Stay informed about new products and updates in the industry.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in the company’s CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports, quotes, and invoices.
- Work closely with marketing and other sales team members to develop strategies and achieve company objectives.
