The Role

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Project Manager to lead and execute cross-functional initiatives spanning technology, business strategy, and operations. This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong ability to navigate complex projects involving multiple departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage diverse projects across technology, strategic operations, martech, logistics, etc., applying project management principles appropriately.
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Define and develop requirements with key stakeholders proactively.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and track milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain quality.
• Develop contingency plans for potential challenges.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables.
• Work closely with business analysts and tech operations managers to manage delivery and integration of tech solutions.
• Establish standardized approaches for project governance, execution, and reporting.
• Prepare and present project and business status updates to stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure collaboration success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Project Management.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, CSM).

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience, with a diverse set of business and tech projects.
• Proven experience managing tech-driven projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools like Airtable, Smartsheets, Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in the events and/or media industry is a plus.
• Experience working in KSA is preferred.
