Landscaping Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Support the completion of all landscaping design activities.
2. Develop and define the overall landscaping design guidelines for adherence by township design teams.
3. Enhance and implement standardization of landscaping design guidelines and practices to ensure ease of constructability and cost-efficiency.
4. Ensure best-in-class development and application of landscaping design guidelines and practices in terms of lifetime cost of ownership, constructability, customer feedback, etc.
5. Work collaboratively as part of the integrated project delivery team and report to the project manager for activities that relate to the objectives of a project.
6. Provide technical support during construction to address landscaping issues, as needed.
7. Identify possible value engineering ideas to optimize costs/time and simplify delivery vis-à-vis Landscaping.

Education:

Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Architecture or equivalent.

Experience:

3+ years experience in Landscaping Design.
