Job description

Associate, Infrastructure Investments and Developments

The Associate role involves the following responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the preparation of bid documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tender specifications.
  2. Manage bid checklists and timelines effectively.
  3. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, commercial specialists, and proposal writers.
  4. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the progression of bid proposals and manage bid timelines.
  5. Maintain and develop the project pipeline, including submissions of EOI, RfQ, and RfP.
  6. Prepare market intelligence reports on industry trends, upcoming opportunities, and key market players.
  7. Support senior project development team members.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare project briefs and investment memos.
  9. Develop investment theses, perform return analyses, and formulate risk mitigation strategies.
  10. Assist in preparing project budgets.
Who we are looking for
  1. Proven track record of successful infrastructure bid submissions.
  2. Exceptional coordination skills.
  3. Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  4. Proactive thinker capable of anticipating and resolving potential issues.
  5. Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or a related field.
  6. Experience in technical advisory, consulting, investment banking, or project management is an asset.
  7. CFA, PMP, or MBA certifications are considered assets.
