a. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize Salesforce requirements.
b. Translate business needs into functional specifications for Sales, Service, Automotive, and/or Loyalty Cloud solutions.
c. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
d. Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
e. Support UAT, training, and change management activities.
