Job Description
  1. Guarantee compliance with quality standards and procedures.
  2. Participate in decision-making for corrective and preventive actions within the Sanitization Department related to SSOP, equipment swabbing, inventory deviations, KPI divergence, etc.
  3. Plan, monitor, and evaluate job results; coach and discipline employees.
  4. Manage KPIs related to sanitization and review results in the monthly Target Check Meeting.
  5. Create Divergence Reports with clear action plans and timelines to achieve KPIs.
  6. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on control points, equipment, and resources.
  7. Ensure health and safety guidelines are implemented and followed within sanitization.
  8. Manage personnel, sanitization processes, cleaning chemicals, utensils, and optimize the use of cleaning equipment and manpower.
  9. Assist in developing, updating, and implementing procedures and documentation for all Quality & Management Systems.
  10. Update Operational Procedures and Work Instructions based on process changes and train operators accordingly.
  11. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and conduct skill gap analyses to develop operators in their areas of responsibility.
Academic Background
  • Technical Diploma or Degree in Food Manufacturing, Chemicals, Business, or related fields.
