Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
Minimum 7 years of experience in testing and commissioning within power stations or infrastructure projects; experience in large-scale projects preferred.
Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or relevant engineering accreditations are highly desirable.
Demonstrated expertise in system integration testing and acceptance testing methodologies.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
