Job Title - Student Advisor (Female)

Location - Dammam, Eastern, SA

Contract Duration - 1 year (Possible extension beyond 1 year)

Training Institute/Client - EnergyTech (https://www.energytech.edu.sa/) (FKA SPSP)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process student documents (sick leave, police reports, absences).
  • Monitor attendance, behavior, and uniform compliance.
  • Counsel students with attendance or behavioral issues.
  • Support students through disciplinary hearings and clearance procedures.
  • Handle student enquiries about housing, transport, and sponsoring company matters.
  • Coordinate student activities, events, and company visits.
  • Assist during special events like graduations and orientations.
  • Prepare reports on incidents and student absences.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and counseling skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic IT skills (Windows, MS Office).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Ability to work with Arab learners and in multicultural environments.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Experience in vocational training (preferred).
