About Tamara's Builders Program - Graduate Track

Our 12 month program elevates exceptional graduates into future leaders. It is a comprehensive and hands-on experience designed to accelerate your growth.

About The Role

As a Merchant Marketing Communications Associate, you will play a key role in elevating Tamara's presence across our merchant network. You'll be responsible for developing and managing marketing materials, coordinating merchant events, and supporting partners with everything from co-branded assets to in-store activations. Your focus will be to ensure Tamara stands out at every customer touchpoint, helping drive visibility, engagement, and value for both Tamara and our partners.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage marketing materials for our merchant partners.
  • Support with co-branded campaigns, assets, and communication.
  • Plan and coordinate merchant events and activations.
  • Ensure Tamara's brand is consistently strong across all partner touchpoints, both online and offline.
  • Work closely with sales and partnerships teams to build marketing support plans.
  • Help measure and report marketing impact with partners.
  • Keep an eye on competitor activities and share ideas to stay ahead.

Expertise

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, social media, journalism, translation and languages
  • 02 years in marketing, partnerships, or communications.

Skills

  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Creative thinker who's detail-oriented and organized.
  • Comfortable working directly with partners and internal teams.
  • Good writing skills in English and Arabic.
