Job description

The job requires a forward-thinking, results-driven Digital and Technology Expert to lead and support the development of consultation services related to digital transformation, technology infrastructure and solutions including AI. Also, areas related to data and date management, the integration, and optimization of digital tools, platforms, and strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills related to enterprise architecture including data, technology and applications, and have a strategic mindset to develop the best consultation and solutions to the clients and understanding of how emerging technologies can drive digital innovation and operational efficiency.

• Expert and experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of digital technologies and transformation initiatives.
• Expert in evaluating and integrating new and emerging technologies (AI, cloud, IoT, data analytics, etc.) to support business goals.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital solutions with business processes and client's needs.
• Expert in digital infrastructure, requirements and technologies required to ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization.
• Expertise in data analysis, and ability to drive data-driven decision-making through analytics and digital dashboards.

The ideal candidate will work closely with government entities, enterprises, and digital transformation programs to design and govern digital transformation projects and enterprise-wide architecture frameworks. This role is critical in aligning IT strategy with business objectives, ensuring integration, standardization, and scalability of digital initiatives in alignment with Vision 2030.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical proposals lead, development and review
2. Support tender responses, RFPs, and business development for digital consulting, e.g. digital transformation architecture-related consulting opportunities.
3. Development of customised consultation solutions based on client need.
4. Conduct a go to market activity and development of new opportunities.
5. Partners relationship management, and engagements.
6. Manage project and ensure effective stakeholders engagement.
7. Advise clients on IT strategy alignment with business objectives, digital transformation, and smart governance.
8. Conduct current-state assessments, gap analysis, and define target architecture for complex client environments.
9. Facilitate architecture reviews and ensure adherence to regulatory, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements
10. Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions.

Required Qualifications:
