A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to support the Head of the GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) Factory at Siemens Energy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for the factory head, ensuring timely arrivals to meetings, site visits, and other engagements. The Driver will also assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

How you’ll make an impact?

1. Safely transport the Head of the GIS Factory to various locations, including meetings, conferences, and site visits.
2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while representing the company.
3. Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition at all times.
4. Plan and optimize travel routes to ensure timely arrivals.
5. Assist with loading and unloading materials or equipment as required.
6. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs.
7. Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
8. Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing the calendar for the factory head.
9. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
10. Provide support for special projects or events as needed.
11. Ensure safe transportation of guests, suppliers, internal management, and employees coming from abroad, and accompany them during their visit in Saudi Arabia.

What you bring?

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in transportation or logistics is a plus.
2. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
3. Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
4. Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
5. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Flexibility to work outside of regular hours as needed.
9. Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles is an advantage.
