Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with experience in Oracle Fusion to oversee the financial operations of our company. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
Job Responsibility:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.
- Experience using Oracle Fusion.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
