The opportunity


To build and grow the service sales strategy by driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring progress. Develop trends for identifying and winning new business, develop contract strategies, and prepare project proposals based on policies, customer requirements, budgets, and timescales, ensuring they meet technical standards. Focus on reviewing and negotiating contract documents to maximize financial and operational performance, and documenting any changes during contract execution.


How you’ll make an impact


  • Assess and monitor contract success/deviations to identify necessary changes. Ensure the timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects, collaborating with technical, financial, legal teams, and clients. Provide support and advice on new business opportunities with strong legal knowledge.


  • Achieve KPIs for three Business Units (PGHV, TRES, PGGI), develop pipelines, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate with all BUs to maintain a unified customer approach as one Hitachi.


  • Utilize Hitachi tools for proactive customer engagement, define account strategies, and analyze data within Salesforce.


  • Uphold Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for actions, caring for colleagues, and supporting the business.

Your background


  • A bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering is preferred.


  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in service sales business.


  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
