Job description

Implement various safety activities and training programs within the assigned business to ensure continuous compliance with relevant Safety Standards and Procedures. This aims to prevent or minimize potential losses of company assets, properties, and manpower.

Job Description:

• Conduct formal monthly internal Safety Audits to ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental procedures.
• Prepare and review HSE plans.
• Implement HSMS Management systems, including training, auditing, and reviewing.
• Supervise, monitor, and enforce safety procedures at sites.
• Conduct risk assessments.
• Survey sites and customize safety solutions accordingly.
• Develop and review emergency procedures and evacuation plans.
• Oversee documentation and supervision for tower cranes, heavy equipment, and construction vehicles.
• Plan and initiate activities to achieve HSE objectives and targets.
• Proactively resolve potential problems within the team.
• Monitor daily housekeeping status across the entire site premises.
• Prepare, outsource, and install safety posters and plans.

Qualifications:

• Nebosh IGC or OSHA certification.
• Kawader Certificate.
• SCE certification.
• Diploma in Health and Safety.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in an SH&E 18001 certified manufacturing plant.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
