Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruiting process by posting job listings, screening candidates, and coordinating interview schedules
- Facilitate onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation for new hires
- Maintain precise employee records and manage confidential HR documents
- Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Help plan and organize employee engagement activities and training programs
- Compile and maintain reports regarding HR metrics and statistics
- Collaborate with HR team on various projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in an HR role or administrative capacity is preferred
- Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HR software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
