A leading company in Jeddah is seeking a Business Administration professional to enhance client satisfaction and manage relationships. Job Purpose: To maintain existing business with current clients, help clients understand the full potential of our products, and act as a liaison between the client and delivery teams (external/internal). Also responsible for collaborating with different departments to improve customer support programs and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Art, Marketing, Project Management, or equivalent. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Fluent in English. Experience in marketing agencies is preferred.
