Job Description

Job Purpose: To maintain existing business with current clients, help clients understand the full potential of our products, and act as a liaison between the client and delivery teams (external/internal). Also responsible for collaborating with different departments to improve customer support programs and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
  2. Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and resolving any issues.
  3. Service Delivery: Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services according to client requirements and timelines.
  4. Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
  5. Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
  6. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on client accounts, including performance metrics and feedback.
  7. Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products to existing clients to maximize revenue and client value.
  8. Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices, considering international best practices, business process improvements, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
  9. Compliance: Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  10. Day-to-day Operations: Follow daily operational procedures to ensure continuity of work.
Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Art, Marketing, Project Management, or equivalent. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Fluent in English. Experience in marketing agencies is preferred.
